CoType is an independent type foundry known for crafting modern, versatile typefaces that balance form and function. Our collaboration centered on creating a new digital home for the brand that not only showcases their type collection but elevates the entire browsing and purchasing experience.

The project was a close collaboration between CoType and Holographik, combining their typographic expertise with our design and user experience approach. Our goal was to design a website that feels modern, functional, and effortless to navigate, a digital experience that celebrates the precision and beauty of typography.

A key focus during the design process was the purchase flow. We approached it with the same clarity and intention as a product shop, making it easy for designers and brands to explore, test, and purchase fonts. The resulting interface is intuitive and fast, and guides users seamlessly from discovery to download.

The website’s visual language reflects the CoType ethos: elegant, structured, and highly typographic. The layout is fluid and responsive, while the dynamic use of type reinforces the brand’s confidence and versatility.
